location location location...

I have received a request on the location of the accommodation. The cottage is situated in Bellville (Western Cape), very close to the N1, near Karl Bremer Hospital. It is at the end of a series of cul-de-sacs.

courtyard treasures...

Leading out of the main bedroom, is a little courtyard, which links up with the communal splash pool. The courtyard has outdoor furniture, seating four, (mosaics done by my Mom, Marie) and a few little garden scultpures. The bathroom also looks out onto the little sculpture garden with three silver birch trees, connecting one to nature...

under construction...

I designed a little cottage for my parents, which is still under construction... We got a builder to do most of the wet works and structure and now my dad (Konstant) has been and still is completing all the joinery. He did the loft's floor structure, the stairs, balustrades and all the cupboards & shelving in the bedroom & kitchen. My parents are aiming to commence with the opening of the self-catering accomodation in December 2007. So watch this space for further updates and notices!
